Litany #8, Health

I am healthy.
I am perfectly healthy.
I am so healthy that it makes others sick.
Health is a matter of will.
I am light-years healthier than the man in the street.
My values blood-bank on excellency.
I check them four times a year.
Having a medical check-up instead of checking in on a cruise.
I always restrain myself.
I do not drink.
I do not smoke.
I do not eat meat.
Sweets do not tempt me.
I eat staple foods from trusted farmers, I eat what I have grown myself or I eat – nothing.
I am healthy. I am perfectly healthy.
I am so healthy that it makes others sick.
My heart is in peak form.
My back is invulnerable.
My lungs are mighty.
My digestion is untouchable.
My mind is immortal.
Day and night I am in control of myself.
I work without exaggerating.
I sleep without exaggerating.
I dream without exaggerating.
I laugh without exaggerating.
I think without exaggerating.
I feel without exaggerating.
I live without exaggerating.
Anyone who wants to be healthy must never exaggerate.
There are no exceptions!
Anyone who is healthy does not need prosaic indulgences.
Anyone who is totally healthy leads a mediocre life – and enjoys it!
Mediocrity is the measure of all things.
Gesundheit!
